Cathy already knew the tools

Hi ,

A member named Cathy joined us thirty days ago.

She didn’t join because she needed prompts. She already had prompts. She had been using ChatGPT for a year. She had read the blog posts. She had watched the YouTube videos. She had the tools.

What she did not have was clarity. Most agents I talk to are in Cathy's spot. They are not stuck because they lack AI tools. They are stuck because they have ten ideas about what to do next with their business and no way to pick the right one. They wake up Monday and do roughly the same thing they did last Monday, and then the year is over.

Cathy walked into her first workshop with a question that had been bugging her for months. By the end of that workshop she had an answer. Not a prompt. An answer about her business. Last week she posted this in our community:

"The things I have learned in the last 30 days have helped me understand what to do next with my business. It has changed dramatically."

That is the part most coaches do not talk about. The AI gets all the attention. But the bigger shift, for agents who already know the basics, is having a room of 500+ people working through the same questions. Having someone who has built this with thousands of agents tell you what they see in your situation.

That is what Cathy found. That is what changed dramatically.

P.S. When I asked Cathy if I could share her quote, she added one more thing. "Tell them I waited too long to join. I should have done this on DAY ONE!" That sentence comes up often. I keep noticing it.
