New post

Most real estate agents won’t wake up one morning and discover that AI has suddenly made their way of working obsolete.

The change will be quieter than that. One agent will save an hour preparing for a listing appointment. Another will turn one local idea into a week of useful content. Another will build a dashboard that shows which leads need attention. Another will follow up more often because the first draft no longer takes 30 minutes.

None of those changes looks dramatic on its own. Over time, they add up. The agents who learn to use AI well won’t necessarily work more hours. They may simply spend fewer hours looking for information, starting from a blank page and repeating work they’ve already done.

That doesn’t mean everything should be automated. Real estate is still personal. A client can tell when a message was sent without thought. They can tell when an agent is more interested in efficiency than in understanding them. The better use of AI is to remove work that gets in the way of the relationship.

That is why we built the AI Coaching Community as an ongoing program rather than a one-time class. ChatGPT will change. Claude will change. Connectors will improve. New tools will appear, and many of them will not be worth your time. Agents need a place to understand what matters, test it and connect it to the work they are already doing.

For $25 a month, members receive four live workshops each month, along with replays, prompts, resources and a community of agents learning through the same changes. You do not need to be first. You don’t need to know everything.

You do need to stop treating AI as something you will eventually get around to understanding. Check out what we offer here.
