AI is moving quickly enough that even people who work with it every day have trouble keeping up. For a real estate agent, that can create a strange kind of pressure. Every week there is a new tool, a new feature, or a new claim about something you supposedly need to learn.
Most of it is noise, and I think you know that by now. The useful question is not whether you understand every new AI product. It is whether you know enough to use the right tools in the parts of your business that matter.
That might mean using ChatGPT to organize your thoughts before a listing appointment, Claude to help work through a longer document, or AI to turn one local market idea into an email, a video and a social post. It might mean building a simple dashboard so you can see what is happening in your business without digging through five different places.
That is what we’ve been working on inside the A Brilliant Tribe AI workshops. We are not trying to turn real estate agents into software engineers. We are helping them become better operators.
The irony is that the better agents become at using AI, the more time they should have for the part of real estate that has always mattered most: talking to people, following up, earning trust and building relationships.
That is the reason we made the community $25 a month. It is inexpensive enough that an agent can keep learning as the tools change instead of buying another large course that may be outdated six months from now.
If AI still feels like a collection of disconnected tools, this is what we are trying to fix. Join us right now.
