She's been selling for 17 years. Here's what she told me.

Hi ,

An agent called me last week and we talked for about 40 minutes. She's been in the business 17 years. Top 10% in her market. Sharp, kind, the kind of person you'd want selling your mom's house.

She said something that's been rattling around in my head ever since.

"Tristan, I feel like I'm falling behind and I don't know how much longer I can pretend I'm not."

And…that’s not an isolated call. I hear that often. She's not alone. I've had some version of that same call with probably 40 agents in the last  year. They're doing fine. Their business isn't broken. But they can feel that something is shifting. Other agents are moving faster. Buyers are asking questions they don't have answers to. ChatGPT and AI keep coming up in conversations and they're smiling and nodding and hoping nobody asks them a follow up question.

AI is reshaping real estate right now. Not in 2028. Not "eventually." Now.

The agents who figure this out in 2026 are going to be impossible to compete with in 2027. The ones who wait are going to spend more time playing catch up in a market they used to lead.

I built A Brilliant Tribe AI Workshops for the agent on that phone call. And honestly, for me too,  because I've been that agent before in a different shift, and I know how it feels.

If any of this sounds like you,

With you in this,
